The Mount of Sinai bears witness and the scripture inscribed on a parchment unrolled. And the populated house and the lofty roof and the overflowing seas bear witness that indeed the punishment of your Lord is certain to come. No one shall be able to avert it. (1-8)

My question is that why is Tur taken to be mount Sinai and not the mount that Isa AS gave his sermon on? Both the Torah and the injeel fit the ‘scripture inscribed on a parchment unrolled’ description.

    وَطُورِ سِينِينَ

This is in surah tin. Here the mount of Sinai is mentioned by name to make it clear. if Surah Tur was about Sinai why wasnt the name taken?
