There is no special procedure for combining prayer. You pray as normal do but only fard salah.

can we do it on daily basis if we have a proper reason. like in offices there is break at duhur time so can we combine duhur and asar daily

Regardless of the timeframe, there has to be a justifiable reason. The decision has to be made by the individual.

In all ibada rituals the principle is to move down to the closest secondary form (e.g. combining prayers) when there’s usr (hardship). A general ruling can’t be made because the situation with one person may justifiably be a hardship, while with another it might be mere inconvenience. Therefore, the final decision on whether or not a particular situation can be justified as hardship rests with the individual.

@faisalharoon @UmerQureshi If someone needs to combine Zuhr and Asar, he will have to offer 4 Farz of Zuhr first and then 4 Farz of ASR, is that the right method?

That is correct. If there is a need, one can also shorten the prayers by praying 2 rakahs of zuhr and 2 rakahs of asr.
