What does the Arabic word below means and what does it mean that the first 3 verses of Surah Fatihah are not a part of any surah INCLUDING FATIHAH. I mean I get it that it has an independent status for rest of the surahs but we read it as a part of Surah Fatihah. So what does it mean.

It is to do with the bismillah not the first three verses of the fatiha. He is saying the bismillah is not part of any surah but should be read before it.

The Arabic words say ‘recite it upon the people’

No but this is the tafsir of the first 3 verses from Alhamdulillah to maalik e yawmideen. This doesn’t include Bismillah.

It may be a logistical error but as far as I know it is referring to the bismillah as this is a known opinion of the Farahi school.
