sureh bakra ayat 1 to 5 ma us insan ki khobia batae gae ha jo quran se hidayat pae gy.un ayat ma ye bataya gya ha k wo log hidayat paty ha jo god conscious ha,namaz parhty ha maal allah ki rah ma kharch krty ha or sab nazil kitabo py iman rakhty ha.god consciousness to samaj ata ha kion k fitrat ma khuda ka tasawr ha lekin ye baat samajh nhi a rhi mujhy k jo namaz nhi parhta ya kitabo py iman nhi rakhta hga kia wo hidayat nhi pa saky ga.jese k is dour ma koi atheist agar god conscoius ha or chahta ha k usy sahi baat malom ho wo god ki talash ma ha or wo quran parh rha ha to kia usy quran se hidayat nhi mily gi kion k abhi to wo musalman nhi hua or namaz parhny ka usy nhi pata or baki kitabo py iman nhi rakhta.?

It does not mean that Allah had sealed up their hearts, so they refused to believe. But it means that when they rejected the above-mentioned pre-requisites of belief and chose and adopted for themselves a way contrary to the one presented by the Qur’an, Allah sealed up their hearts and ears. The Qur’an simply states a law of Nature: if one takes a biased view of something and deliberately nourishes prejudices against it in his mind, he can neither see any virtue in it nor hear anything in its favour nor open his heart to consider it dispassionately. This is the law of Nature and, as it is Allah’s law, the act of sealing up of the hearts and the ears and the covering of the eyes has been attributed to Him. ….
اس کا مطلب یہ نہیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کے دلوں پر مہر ثبت کردی تھی لہذا انہوں نے ایمان لانے سے انکار کردیا۔ لیکن اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ جب انہوں نے عقیدہ کی مذکورہ بالا شرائط کو مسترد کردیا اور قرآن کے پیش کردہ ایک کے برخلاف اپنے لئے کوئی راستہ منتخب کیا اور اپنایا تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کے دل اور کانوں پر مہر ثبت کردی۔ قرآن مجید میں فطرت کا ایک سیدھا قانون بیان کیا گیا ہے: اگر کوئی کسی چیز کا متعصبانہ نظریہ اختیار کرے اور جان بوجھ کر اپنے ذہن میں اس کے خلاف تعصبات کو پروان چڑھائے تو وہ نہ تو اس میں کوئی خوبی دیکھ سکتا ہے اور نہ ہی اس کے حق میں کچھ سن سکتا ہے اور نہ ہی اس پر غور کرنے کے لئے اپنا دل کھول سکتا ہے۔ یہ قدرت کا قانون ہے اور ، جیسے کہ یہ اللہ تعالیٰ کا قانون ہے ، دلوں اور کانوں کو سیل کرنے اور آنکھوں کو ڈھانپنے کا عمل اسی کی طرف منسوب کیا گیا ہے۔

hame jo yaad hai shayad is tarha hai ke “quraan ko hamne asaan banaya or usme tarha tarha ki misaly bayan ki to kya koi hai jo hidayat hasil karna chahy or ye hidayat hai un logo ke liye jo bin deekhe apne rab se darty hai or ghaib par imaan laty hai”jo isy hidayat ki niyat se parna chahega usy inshaallah hidayat zaroor milygi.vo chahy koi bhi ho.

The verses you referred to are addressed towards the people of the book amongst the addresses of Prophet Muhammad SAW.

and based upon firah means every human innately know that he have to follow truth.
now i want to ask when a person try to run away from Truth????
a person try to run away from truth when he is about to do a injustice regarding any matter, in which he want to rule by his desire.

سَأَصْرِفُ عَنْ ءَايَـٰتِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَكَبَّرُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ ٱلْحَقِّ وَإِن يَرَوْا۟ كُلَّ ءَايَةٍۢ لَّا يُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِهَا وَإِن يَرَوْا۟ سَبِيلَ ٱلرُّشْدِ لَا يَتَّخِذُوهُ سَبِيلًۭا وَإِن يَرَوْا۟ سَبِيلَ ٱلْغَىِّ يَتَّخِذُوهُ سَبِيلًۭا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا وَكَانُوا۟ عَنْهَا غَـٰفِلِينَ
I will turn away from My signs those who are arrogant upon the earth without right; and if they should see every sign, they will not believe in it. And if they see the way of consciousness, they will not adopt it as a way; but if they see the way of error, they will adopt it as a way. That is because they have denied Our signs and they were heedless of them.
and you know about Allah guides which peoples??
وَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْلَا أُنزِلَ عَلَيْهِ آيَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِ ۗ قُلْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُضِلُّ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي إِلَيْهِ مَنْ أَنَابَ ﴿٢٧﴾ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ۗ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ ﴿٢٨﴾الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ طُوبَىٰ لَهُمْ وَحُسْنُ مَآبٍ ﴿٢٩
And those who disbelieved say, “Why has a sign not been sent down to him from his Lord?” Say, [O Muḥammad], “Indeed, Allah leaves astray whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back [to Him] – Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts find Peace” Those who have believed and done righteous deeds – a good state is theirs and a good return.

now i want to say something about what u asked about Surah Baqarah.
Read Surah Baqarah Again…
ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبُ لَا رَيْبَ ۛ فِيهِ ۛ هُدًۭى لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
This is the Scripture in which there is no doubt, containing guidance for those who are mindful of God,
This Ayah says that this book contains Guidance for anyone who remember God.. now here it ends.
Now let’s go to next two Ayahs.
الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْغَيْبِ وَيُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ ﴿٣﴾ وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ وَبِالْآخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوقِنُونَ ﴿٤﴾ أُولَٰئِكَ عَلَىٰ هُدًى مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ ﴿٥
for those who believe in the existence of that which is beyond the reach of perception, who establish Prayer and spend out of what We have provided them, who believe in what has been revealed to you and what was revealed before you, and have firm faith in the Hereafter. Such are on true guidance from their Lord; such are the truly successful.

have you read these Verse Firmly??
now let me tell u what these says. it says for those who do These 5 Things ( believe in Ghayb, establish prayer, spend charity, believe on revealed books of God on Messengers, and believe in Judgement day) those are truly succesful.
conclusion
1. so, in Quran, there is guidance for anyone who remember God. (Quran 2:2)
2. those who do those listed 5 things mentioned above are Truly successful
to get guidance you only have to be mindful of God.
and to truly be succesful u have to do those above 5 listed things.

Here i want to quote hadith of Prophet ﷺ
◆Messenger of Allah said: “Ask Allah for beneficial knowledge and seek refuge with Allah from knowledge that is of no benefit.”
– Sunan Ibn Majah : 3843 ; Grade : Hasan
◆The Prophet [SAW] used to seek refuge (with Allah) from four things: From knowledge that is of no benefit, from a heart that does not feel humble, from a supplication that is not heard, and a soul that is never satisfied.
– Sunan an-Nasa’i : 5442 ; Grade : Hasan
