my question is differnet.ma ye nhi keh rha k kainat khuda k wajood ka hissa ha ma ye keh rha hu kainat hi khuda ha,irada or ikhtiyar to nhi ha kainat k pass jesa insano k pass ha lekin phr bhi kainat hi khuda ha in faults k bawajood.

This approach is similar to Sciencology, being promoted by Tom Cruise, Hollywood actor.
The way the Universe is designed, it can not be a result of something without “irada and Ikhteyar”, in your words.
This universe is precisely designed by an intelligent being. Which is Allah.

There is philosophical issue in this assumption because every thing which has beginning has a cause. We have observed that this universe is not independent on its own. Also, there is nothing necessary about this universe.
