Fasting In Sunnah Vs The Narrative Of It Being Fardh In 2nd Hijri
How do we understand the common narrative of Fasting being obligatory only in/after 2nd hijri when there’s the understanding of Holy Prophet PBUH issuing all these ibadah as a Sunnah-e-Ibrahimi?
Was this sunnah issued in parts and not all at once?

Perhaps my question was unclear. I understand the narrative of Fast being a known concept and that it was issued as a Sunnah by Prophet.
My question was when was this issued by prophet? Was it as soon as he became prophet and issued it along with other Sunnah of Salah and Zakat or was it in 2nd Hijri?
