Hi we are living in Australia . My husband is a food delivery driver. He gets payment per delivery. The food company sends him salary every week. He delivers food by using our car.

The type of job or the pay period are not required for the zakat calculation. As a matter of principle, if your earning comes from either effort or investment then the zakat due is 10% and if it comes from both then the zakat due is 5%. However, depending on your taxes, exemptions, assets, other earnings, etc. your zakat due might be very different from this number.
