can women offer prayers with make up put on their faces? Because make up can have Haram Ingredients in it.

Those Haram things that you might be referring to are the ones that relate to dietary prohibition and to any other matter. It is perfectly fine to offer salah with makeup. I am unable to find any specific video of Ghamidi Sahab addressing this issue. Will share if I do.
