Fasting In Nordic Countries
In Nordic countries, sun set and rise are different than other part of the world. Today sun rise at 4 17am and set at 8:44pm and it stretches every day almost 6-7 min. June and July are almost full day sunlight and December is ver short day time or almost night all the month. Fasting here is quite difficult with lengthy hours, some people are following the Ramadan calendar of their home country. My question to Ghamidi sir is, what should we do according to Islamic teaching, do we need to follow the sunset and sunrise time or we are allowed to follow the home country during Ramadan in Nordic countries?
