  Allah says that his 1 day equal to 1000 year does it mean that earth s created in 6,000 year anyone replay

  We are not sure because at different place it has been told 1 day is equal to 50,000 days when Angels ascends to Allah in verse 70:4. While 1000 yrs=1 day is referred in verse 22:47.

  Therefore, we are not sure what is meant by 6 days. We can say, 6 periods which will be better.
