Sunnah Nawafil (uswa Hasana)
i have heard Ghamidi sahab say that nawafil that Rasoolullah SAWW read regularly are said “sunnah/uswa hasana” but I’ve never heard him encourage people to read them. whenever talking about namaz other than farz namaz he says read “nawafil” how many ever you want. but doesn’t seem to encourage specifically the sunnah nawafil? why, indeed the best of nawafil are those read by Rasoolullah SAWW. there must be some wisdom Rasoolullah SAWW choose specific time to read a specific nafl on regular basis, why kot encourage it. would appreciate an answer

Nawafil by definition are an optional Salah. When informing someone on religion, we should be very clear on what is obligatory and what is optional. Optional Salah will always stay optional (whether it be called by any name) and there was no prescribed number fixed by the Prophet (sws) Himself. Whenever Ghamidi Sahab is explaining religion, he always keeps this distinction in mind.
