If someone has OCD and gad and suffers from intrusive thoughts mostly regarding Islam ,can the person hide her illness from the person who asked for her hand and she is ready to marry him?

If it is a clinical illness then one should not hide it from prospective husband and his family, as deceit goes against universal moral values and should be avoided. Even if someone hides it before marriage, the chances are high that it will be revealed to the husband eventually and at that time, the loss and damage would be much greater.
