Allah told us in the Quran that He chose the progeny of Abrahm A.S for a special task, preserving and preaching the religion of God to other nations with the promise that they will be given supremacy over their opponents and if they fail, they will face humiliation fom the rival nations. Jews are the progeny of the prophet Yaqoob A.S, the grandson of Abraham A.S. but when they failed the duty, and indulged in sinful acts, vanity and rebellion against God and His messengers, so they were dismissed, humiliated and earned God’s wrath.
