Parents And Family Kids Preferences
Hi, With the current pandemic situation, we are living in USA and our parents stay back home in India. If they fall sick or sick , in which case, you are expected to travel and take care about them . However due to immigration constraints , it’s not guaranteed that you would return back soon, it might take months or even close to a year duration.
In that scenario, it becomes very hard for man to decide between his parents and his kids and wife. Whom should we give preference. ? If you decide to leave your family, if they are not willing to join you, will that be a sin or is it running away from your responsibility .
Or stay back and put trust in Allah, that parents get well .
What does Islam suggests on above mentioned scenario ?

Taking care of your kids, wife and your parents are your responsibility. When comes the matter of choice, you have to decide according to the need they are in and your means and capacity. you are just responsible to do your best in the given situation.
