May ALLAH keep you in best health.

What does ALLAH mean by the following ayat , Quran at dawn is ever witnessed.

    Sura 17: Ayat 78:

You can refer to al bayan for understanding of this verses.

In short, this verse talk about timings of Prayers and emphasis on offering Fajar as it witnessed by Angels (According to hadith: https://sunnah.com/ibnmajah:670). here word Quran mean the recitation of Quran in fajar prayers.

Thank you. What is specific about the recitation witness? On one hand reciting only Arabic without understanding is not so recommended and majority of Muslims being non Arabs what does the recitation (Quran) at Fajr benefits. I need to know this, can you please ask Mr.Ghamidi.
