Ghamidi sahab seems to claim that the first raising of hands is fard according to ijma and tawatur. It seems hanafis do not agree and say it is simply (nafil) sunnah

According to Ghamidi sahib the whole sunnah is fard except which is indicated by the prophet that it is not fard like he didn’t specified azkaar of prayer for some positions in the prayer.
Hanafis on the other hand take every single act to decide it is fard or not.
