  Is Masturbation A Sin

  I read ghamidi sahab essay in مقامات in which he wrote something like there is no evidence or daleel that masturbation is prohibited.Will masturbating be not considered as sadd e zariya like watching pornographic movies. What about masturbating on adult movies.

  No it is not a sin bcz in this case we don’t fall upon any one which is forbidden in Quran but medically it may be harmful if done in excess
