Ghamidi sahb claims that the punishment for zina bil raza and zina bil jabr should be distinguished as it clearly is injustice to deal both perpetrator the same way. Ghamidi sahb also claims that punishment should be given while considering the situation of the perpetrator. It was really satisfying. So considering the situation it also seems injustice for having no distinction on the basis of marital status.
