ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ سَبۡعَ سَمَٰوَٰتٍ وَمِنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مِثۡلَهُنَّ يَتَنَزَّلُ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ بَيۡنَهُنَّ لِتَعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ قَدِيرٌ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَدۡ أَحَاطَ بِكُلِّ شَىۡءٍ عِلۡمًۢا
Why doesn’t the ayah just say الله الذي خلق سبع سماوات وسبع أراض? Is something else being highlighted than the number? What is the role of من? @Irfan76 could you explain please?

The expert in Arabic say that the plural of Ard is not considered Faseeh, so to avoid using plural of Ard, this style is adopted.
