  Are ismailis Muslims?

Shaltoot fatwa of Al Azhar declares them Muslim while the local Pakistani scholars declare them as non muslims, kaafirs and etc.

  Can someone clarify with reference

According to Ghamidi sb understanding of Islam, we cannot declare a person non muslim who claim to be muslim. Following video might be helpful to understand his view.
