If a male or a femal lie or their parents lie on their behalf ragarding a person’s income, education, physical or mental abnormalities, diseases, beliefs, past relationships or marriage in hopes that either the truth will not be revealed or perhaps after marriage or children, it will be difficult for the other party to end the marriage; In such case could marriage be ended immediately without moderators involvement or without waiting period?

Since waiting period (iddat) is primarily to ensure state of pregnancy of a female, therefore, even if lied in the beginning, there might still be a chance for pregnancy to take place. In that case, marriage cannot be terminated immediately, unless the state of pregnancy can be ascertained with accuracy through other scientific means.
