Surah Noor Verse 26
A clarifying question in regards to verse 26. Does the word “خبیثین” refer to those who are hell bound or does it include those who’d be entering heavens after being punished and purified?

I think it’s the former, because if they were to be purified and sent to Jannah later at some stage, the use of word “خبیثین” is not appropriate for them.
