میں نے غامدی صاحب سے 30 مئی کو ان عورتوں کے حوالے سے سوال کیا تھا جو اپنے بچوں کو دودھ نہیں پلاتیں۔ تو ایسا ہے کہ اس زمانے میں جب نبی کریم کی ولادت ہوئی یہ عام روایت تھی کہ بچے کو دوسری عورت کو دے دیا جاتا تھا۔ کیا یہ وعید ان عورتوں کیلیے تھی؟ ؟ ۔ اور دوسرا سوال یہ کہ غامدی صاحب نے فرمایا کہ بچے کو عورت کا دودھ ملنا چاہیے ۔ تو آجکل کچھ خواتین اور خصوصا پیشہ ور خواتین فارمولہ دودھ پلاتی ہیں۔ اس بارے میں غامدی صاحب کی کیا رائے ہے ؟؟

In short, milk is the right of the child upon his/her mother. Whether the milk comes from the biological mother herself or another woman is of no consequence, as long as the child gets a woman’s milk. In situations where it’s not possible or causes an undue difficulty then of course in principle there’s no accountability for it and alternatives can be used.
