    AoA Wr Wb!,

I have a financial related question. If an employee in a private Organization favors his friends to award projects at inflated rates though the quality of projects is not compromised but definitely his Employer company does not know it. He invests and get a share in profits of projects from the Contractor friend. Later when it was discovered he was fired as a punishment. Now he repents and wants to make up for his dishonesty. Does he have to pay back the inflated rates back to his employer? Or his firing punishment and his repentance is enough?

Firing was the consequence of corruption, while continuous repentance is a prerequisite for forgiveness and so is making good to the employer his lost revenue which was embezzled through inflated pricing.
