Please tell how to respond to that behavior…can we ignore that if someone tries to make us angry by doing these things…can we ignore to respond that moment..without cutting ties with them..and what is the best way to deal with person who is in your office and do such things like try to make you angry

It depends who that person is and what sort of behaviour you face. Since your relation with that person is unclear, I will just say Yes you can ignore him/her but keep in mind that it may harm you work depending on who that person is.
