Euthanasia – Medical Assistance In Dying
I live in the Quebec province of Canada. Here we have a law called, “Act respecting end-of-life care”.
This law allows terminally ill patients to choose death. The main indicator for requesting medical aid in dying is “an incurable disease, an incurable illness, which is causing unbearable suffering.”
The patient requests for dying from his family doctor, who refers the case to a committee of doctors and studies the patient’s case and gives the decision.
My question from honorable Ghamidi sahib is, what is his opinion about this law in light of the Quran and hadith. Thanks
