Thanks for the reply, still not clear, specifically looking for beard and as shaving is daily activity for Men, is this ruling is ONLY applied specifically for not shaving head and hair cut or beard also?

If one opts to follow this Sunnah of not cutting hair and trimming nails (which is a mustahab act and not farz) then it applies to all the bodily hair.

Is it ok if someone makes the intention of not cutting hair and trimming nails before Qurbani, but ends up shaving beard just couple of days or a day before qurbani just because he is not looking tidy and doesn’t want to go out on Eid prayer like that (without shaving for ten days). Is it same as making an intention for an obligatory fast and then breaking it half way through? I mean , would it incur any sin? I am assuming not, since it’s not mandatory but then it doesn’t give a good feeling to do that after successfully sticking to it for 8,9 days. what are your thoughts?

It would not incur any sin but at the same time, it would not fulfil the Nazar ritual. One should think these things properly beforehand; because having a casual attitude towards such rituals (even in their nafal form) is not a recommended act.
