    Dear Sir,

if the current “Nation State System” is true and Islamic, and Islam says that our Muslims government political issues should be determined through their consult.

my question is “why in past Muslims were making State through conquest”. which one is best from Islamic prospective, “Nation State or State Made through conquest?”.

if Islam had no objection to Capture a state trough conquest then why it would Islam criticize it now,

Why for Muslims (و امرهم شوری بینهم) and for others in past to capture through conquest.

    regards,

    Jamili

It is not true that Islam does not have any objection to capture a state. Any act of oppression against anybody, whether it be against an individual or a state is prohibited. The only condition in which Jihad is permissible to Muslims is to counter oppression (‘zulm‘) only. During the era of Khulfa-e-Rashideen, there were battles fought under the law of itmam-e-hujjat. What Muslims did after their era is solely their responsibilty and it does in no way affect the Islamic principle of و امرهم شوری بینهم.

So, if Muslims were powerful enough, they would have tried to solve with dialogue and economic pressure oppression of Muslims or Non-Muslims in China, India, Myanamar, Syria, Yemen, and other countries.

If after reasonable effort, the oppression was not stopped, the Muslim government would have tried to replace the government there through supporting the other parties and awakening the people of the country to replace the government (Revolution from within).

If that would not have worked, put economic sanctions to weaken the government and to turn people against the government. Then help instigate a coup with the help of special units and replace the government (Mild Force).

If that would have not worked, attack the country and replace the government, established its military bases there (soft take over) to keep new government in check.

If that was not feasible, attack the country, establish a favorable government and make the country its colony.

In extreme case, where Muslim government was very powerful, they would have taken over the country and assimilate in its own national boundaries.

All this the same as what the West is doing mostly for economic reasons, to keep rival religion in check and to keep rival countries from not getting too strong to create problem from them.
