Hijaz being the chosen land of Al-Mighty means that there will never be any other religion allowed to be gathered there other than Islam. It will be a Land of Islam only and a center of monotheism for the world. Therfore, the overall environemnt of that Land should complement this feeling and nothing which conflicts with such environemnt should be implemneted by the Saudi Government.
