Lawrence Krauss says: ”The laws of physics as we understand them make it eminently plausible that our universe arose from nothing – no space, no time, no particles, nothing that we now know of.”
He says; ‘nothing’ is actually something. In his book he calls nothing “unstable”[2], and elsewhere he affirms that nothing is something physical, which he calls “empty but preexisting space”[3
How would thiests tackle when athiests says universe came into being from quantum fluctuations?

Lawrence Krauss’s nothing is something. The thing Lawrence Krauss described as nothing is still a flow of energy. He was actually criticised in New York Times book review for such loose definition of nothing. The Nothing has no characteristic and can be said that nothing is devoid of anything possible. So nothing has no characteristic ; because if it has a characteristic or property like bringing something into existence, it is actually not nothing but something. Hence it is well established in philosophy that ‘From nothing -nothing comes.’

same opinion by stepen haking he say as time is itself created entity time is created after big bang so there is no question of anything before the big bang .THE god is outside the boundaries of time and space this is the point he is not considering . .
