I was traveling in auto….i have to pay money through online payment…due to inconvenience in online payment..i wasn’t able to pay…so autodriver said its fine you don’t have to pay i am getting late…will it be considered haqtalfi?

If someone did some work for me and says he will charge money for that..after work is done..due to some problem I am not able to pay the money after work is done…and he says it’s fine you don’t have to pay money..will it be considered haq talfi?

If he is himself letting go of his right (i.e. his payment), then it is not haqtalfi.
