اگر کوئی شخص اپنی زندگی میں اپنی جائداد کے تین حصے اپنے تین بیٹوں کے نام کر دے اور ایک حصہ اپنے نام رکھے اور پانچ سال بعد دوسری شادی کرلے اور اس بیوی سے دو اور بیٹے پیدا ہو جائے تو اب جائداد کس طرح تقسیم ہو گی

Inheritance will be distributed from whatever was in the deceased’s own name at the time of death.

Probably he wants to know if the children from first wife will get inheritance or not because he has already given substantial share. The simple answer is that whatever was given to children of first wife in his life is not the inheritance. The inheritance is only what he left at the time of his death. And that will be distributed to all his children i e both wives. As per sharai law
