It’s never too late. We should repent to God with complete sincerity of heart and ask for forgiveness and mercy.
True repentance is one which transforms our actions. We should try our best to not be negligent in our prayers and offer all our obligations to God in the most fitting manner.
For the missed salah, Ahsan sahab has shared the thread. For the missed fasts, one can do niyyat to offer them and keep fasts occasionally in order to complete them over the course of time.
In addition, it’s important to keep strengthening our Iman to avoid falling back into the previous state. The following video might be helpful in this regard:

اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِيۡنَ وَيُحِبُّ الۡمُتَطَهِّرِيۡنَSurely Allah loves those who are most repenting, and loves those who keep themselves pure.

Sura 25 – AlFurqan Verse 70 Except those who repent and believe , and do righteous deeds, for those, Allâh will change their sins into good deeds, and Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Tawbah (repentance) is not when you cry. Tawbah is when you change. tawbah is the next step of sorry. Sorry: regret something or accept your fault. Repentance: feeling guilty with intention not to do it again.
In this dunya we can turn back from the wrong path and make tawbah.
