Can someone gift his all property to his adopted son because he couldn’t marry and has no children?
He doesn’t want that his property will go to brothers and cousins after his death.

One can give anything that they desire to someone else during their lifetime, as long as there’s no injustice in such distribution. Inheritance, however, must be distributed according to God’s law.

One is free to make one’s will with his sense of justice or one may follow the God’s law to distribute his property.
If there left something after the distribution according to the will, then comes God’s law.
