What does it mean to wear revealing/immoral clothes in public by women? Which parts of the body are considered haram to reveal in public?

In principle, a decent dress is what’s required according to the norms of the society. Etiquettes of dressing vary from situation to situation as well as from time to time. For salah, the etiquettes are different than for sports, for example. In all cases the requirement of وَ یَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوْجَھُنَّ should be observed, however, its application may very from situation to situation and from society to society.

And is it ok to dress the way one feels extra comfortable when at home (taking into consideration وَ یَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوْجَھُنَّ )? My concern is would that come under the case of ‘doing something immoral in secrecy’?

If you’re alone or with a spouse then you can dress any way you find it comfortable.
