    Dear Sir,

I have heard from Sir Ghamidi that we can not call anyone Kafir (کافر) unless he/she do not expose it clearly, What if some one does not beilive in the day of judgment or in angles and yet claims to believe in God … cant we call him Kafir? Why not since quran mentions (e.g و من لم یحکم به فاولئک هم الکافرون … etc) that he/she is Kafir with such believe.

Thank you so much for the link, I have heard it all but still there is some confusion remains, e.g. if Quran Says that “and he who does not Judge with what Allah revealed he is Kafir” then why we cant say he is Kafir? since Quran Clearly teach us that if he commit …. , he is Kafir or Mushrik, then It means in our sight he should be Kafir too.
