Why watching porn in private is sadde zariya and not haram but in public it’s absolute haram?.
Cause still I am not the part of that particular act .

Please don’t consider the principle of sadd-e-zariya (preventive measure) as referring to something less serious. Sadd-e-zariya only refers to the reasoning behind something being haram – not it’s severity. Even God makes certain things categorically impermissible on the basis of sadd-e-zariya. For example, the entire injunction of hifz-e-furooj (gender interaction) is based on the principle of sadd-e-zariya.

My question was when Watching porn in private is based on the basis of sadde zariya and it’s not haram and not a sin but why watching porn in public is full haram.(example:- watching adult movie in threatre).
According to Hassan Ilyas sb. One should prevent himself from watching these things as a preventive measure but stopping someone from these things with a tag of “haram” is invalid.
so my Question is why watching adult movie in public is full blown haram.

Who watches porn in public?
Critical thinking is an admirable trait, however it needs to be realistic as well. Collective morality of human beings hasn’t reached to a point where they tolerate watching porn in public.
Considering your hypothetical example, you’re making others become a part of someone else’s ‘fawahish‘ act, in that way you’re becomg an extension of that act by showing it to others. Therefore, the severity of this act increases as compared to watching it in private, and someone may call it absolutely Haram by placing it under ‘Fawahish category’.

Here “public” and “private” are defined in which way?.
Example:- If a group a people watches porn together at a time then is it public or private? Will anyone held responsible for being an extension cause everyone is watching with consent and with their own will.

Also If a married couples watches adult movies/pornographic movies together then the whole base of sadde zariya on this matter will contain less value.
Cause sadde zariya on this matter is refering to the chances of being addicted to it and then commit zina but if a married couple does this then there will be no chance of zina taking place.

As Umer sb said, looking at private parts of people other than their spouses comes under fawahish. Hence, it will be considered haram. Read verses in Surah Aaraf 25-29. It will become more clear

I’ve read it. Most of the translation says indecent acts . So according to this here indecent acts are refering to fornication. Also In one of discussion I have read that umer sb. As well as Hassan Ilyas sb Said watching such things is voyeurism and one should prevent himself because these things can lead to zina and haram tag is not valid completely. So If someone is married then?. The whole base of sadde zariya on this particular matter will change.

In Surah Araf, it is mentioned that nakedness is against taqwa and was promoted by Shaytan. Hence any doing of Shaytan will be considered against taqwa.
Allah has only allowed us to be open in fornt of spouses according to Surah mumineen verse. Hence watching parts of others will remain under catergory of Fawahish as mentioned in Surah Aaraf verse 33.

Even for a married man, watching other women makes his gaze and his thought dirty for other women and a Muslim man is supposed to be confined only to his wife in his desire and thoughts too. Purification is the ultimate purpose of the religion.

Jab aap private me dekhte ho to kewal aap apni hajat puri krne ke liye dekhte ho. or jab akele me dekhte ho to masterbation bhi krte ho. or hajat puri hone ke baad sab baimani ho jaata hai. or apko ahsad hota hai ki kuch kiya hai to nhi krna chahiye tha ya galat tha.
lekin jab publiclly dekh rhe ho to aap unme se ek ho jo ye kr rhe hai. or koi hajat puri nhi kr rhe balke fahas faila rhe ho.
or apne aapko ye dikha rhe ho. app bilkul in sab ke saath ho or ye ek normal cheej hai jise khain bhi dekha ja sakt hai. to
think with your family first . than that is very irrespactily or shaming thing.
ye ek dusra mudda hai ki ye dekha haram hai halal hai . ya sadde zariya ka amal hai.
