What are the explicit words of divorce according to Quran and Authentic Sunnah?

What is our opinion about implicit words of divorce?

There are scholars who says that implicit words of divorce can become explicit based on time place or customary use. In that case no intention is required to implement divorce. What evidence do they have? Also if the scholars of Al Mawrid don’t agree with this opinion what is their daleel?

    All matters depend on intention.

To us, intention is always important to decide. However the court may decide to validate a divorce even if one claims to have no intention.

What should be done if you are unsure about your intention?
