agar mere walid ki kamai haram hei lekin 100% nehi hei matlab mere walid aur unke behen o ke bich me jab jayadad ka batwara hua tha tab mere walid aur unke 2 bhai o ko zyada hissa mila hei .

2 ladkiyo ko jitna milta hei 1 ladke ko utna milta hei lekin mere mere walid aur unke 2 bhai ko usse bhi thoda zyada mila hei aur mujhe jab is masle ka pata chala tab meine apne walid se pucha toh walid ne kaha yeh zamin toh tumhare dada ji 3 bhai o ke liye kharida tha matalab mere walid aur unke 2 bhai ko liye unke walid ne bohot pehle hee 19983 ya 82 me kharida tha aur mujhe zaidat ke paper bhi dikhaya tha lekin aulad ke wirasat nehi hoti hei aur mere dada ji ki death 1991 me hua tha aur zaidat ka batwara 2009 me hua toh ab aur mere walid ka kehna hei ki hamne toh batware me se hissa bhi nehi liya bas jitna property mere walid ke nam par unke walid ne kharida tha utna hee liya hei paper ke mutabik .aur jinti jaidat dadi ke nam par kharida tha usko ladkiyo ne le liya

aur hamne toh kuch liya bhi nehi

ab meine ek hadith suna hei ki jiska kamai haram ho uska dua qubul ne

hi hoti aur jiska parvarish haram kamai par ho unka bhi dua qubul nehi hoti aur ek mishal bhi diya hei nabi s.a.w ne ki ek shaks safar ho aur uske chehra dhul mitti se bhara hua ho gard o gubar ki wajah se agar woh dua kare tab bhi uski dua qubul nehi hoti aur kyki uski parvarish haram mein hua hei aur kamai bhi haram hei .

ab me kya karu kya iske wajeh sara income haram ho jayega aur hamere income sirf kiraye ke makan par chalta hei aur kiraye ke dukan me toh agar sara income haram ho jayega toh mera dua bhi kya qubul nehi hoga

I’m not sure if I completely comprehend your question, but from what I can gather I can tell you that if your parents earned anything haram then only they’re responsible for it. You’re only responsible for what you earn.

As far as i understood the question that grand father had purchased land in the name of sons and gave to them. He had land in his name also which could be smaller. On his death, his own land was distributed to daughters only and sons didn’t take anything from that land. If this is true then the sons didn’t get share larger than they deserved but rather got smaller. As the land given to sons during the life of father is not inheritance and daughters can’t have any claim on it. Only the land, which was in name of grandfather was the inheritance and should have been divided between sons and daughters as per Islamic law and could not be given to daughters only. Daughters can’t have any claim on the land given to sons during his (father’s) lifetime. If i am wrong then Faisal Haroon may correct it and point out the mistake. Grand son should not think that his father had larger share than deserved. He didn’t have any haram.
