Tasmiyyah And Slaughtering Fish
As per Ghamidi Sb. two things are neccessary for slaughtering an animal
1. we have to take the life in the name of Allah
2. drainage of blood.
My question is regarding Fish majority of the fish we consumed when it is caught and killed Allah’s name is not prounuounced and especially in case western societies there is no intention of fisherman when they go out fishing that they are taking life of fish in the name of Allah for human consumption. Need some clarification regarding this
As far as drainage of blood in fish that condition do no apply.
