If you cannot keep your wuzu as a result of incontinence, then all you have to do is perform single wuzu before salah and then offer your Salah normally, even during the Salah if your wuzu breaks as a result of incontinence, your Salah would be valid. You only have to redo your wuzu when a wuzu nullifier happens with your control.
