I was reading sir article regarding child marriage .my question is that does at the time of prophet s.a.w shaba or other muslims used to marry underage girls.does there are any narrations regarding this .i got that impression while reading following part of article.
رسول اللہ ﷺ اور آپ کے صحابہ سے کثیر روایات میں کم سن بچوں کا نکاح کرانا مروی ہے۔ جو امر آپؐ کے لیے اور آپ کے سامنے جائز تھا اسے اب ناجائز قرار دینا درست نہیں

Yes. It was a cultural practice then, but not a religious one, as I mentioned in the article. However They established marital relation only after the girls came of age.
