Taking Fitrat E Insaani As A Source Of Shariah?
I just came accross a book of Hafiz Muhammad zubair sb(an affiliate of tanzeem-e-Islami) by the title of فکر غامدی ایک تحقیقی و تجزیاتی مطالعہ(Fikre Ghamidi-Ek tehqeeqi o tajziyati mutalia’h) and in the first part of his book he criticised Javed Ahmad Ghamidi sb on taking “Fitrat e Insaani” as a (ماخذ دین )Source of shariah.And concludes that its not right according to the Quran o Hadees and mazhab of Ahle sunnah to take Fitrat as a source of shariah.
So what are the arguments of taking “Fitrat” as a source of religion given by Ghamidi Sb.

Ghamidi sahab usess Quran’s ayah 24:35 and 91:8 as the main argument to establish this case. He has discussed this in Meezan quite extensively.
