Hazrat Ali (ra) And Hazrat Mawviya (ra)
In the topic of Hazrat Ali (ra) and Hazrat Mawviya (ra) many traditional scholars when they address it, they based off their evidence and arguments from sayings of Prophet (pbuh), Sahabas (ra), and Tabi’een and other people in the era. Masses believe them more because not only it is first-hand knowledge of the matter but also prophet (pbuh) ilm is free of all impurities.
Apart from Hadith-e-Ammar, there are numerous other traditions/sayings from prophet, his companions and their companions that people have understood incorrectly and have caused divide amongst muslims. In my opinion, it is vital to discuss and analyze them to address the topic.

Ghamidi Sahab has a different approach when studying historical accounts. He draws clear distinction between established history and Akhbar-i-Ahad found in Hadith corpus (which is a non-definite i.e. Zanni source of knowledge because of inherent limitations in its mode of transmission).
