    I came across a post on this forum where it said that ghusl has to be performed if a transparent liquid is released along with urine after one has ejaculated. Does this mean that if an individual has already performed ghusl, but then urinates and notices a transparent liquid, do they have to repeat ghusl? Same case for if white bits of ejaculation material is released after one has already performed ghusl – do they need to repeat ghusl?

    Thank you

    It is only Ejaculation in this case which necessitates the ceremonial bath. Once Ghusal has been done, there’s no need to repeat it unless one encounters a Ghusal necessitating event.

    What you’re referring to might be Wadi: a thick white secretion discharged after urination. In that case, no repetition of Ghusl is requires, only Wuzu needs to be refreshed.

    Please go through the following response again to understand what necessitates Ghusal (ceremonial bath) and what necessitates Wuzu:

      Sorry, I forgot to ask: can wadi also be described as the remnant of the ejaculation for which ghusl was originally made? Or is this the wrong line of reasoning?

      In my understanding, It can be called as such.

      @UmerQureshi are wadi and mani

      same liquid ?

      If so they why Ghusal is necessary for mani but not for Wadi?

      Mani has to do directly with ejaculation, thus necessitating Ghusl. And wadi is indirectly related to that as a remnant and sometimes even without ejaculation, thus necessitating wuzu.
