I read that there are impurities that invalidate wudhu in islam (pus, blood, etc). If found on clothes, the clothes must be washed before prayer. Can I have a comprehensive list of this information? It can get confusing to navigate different opinions.

Pus and blood do not nullify Wuzu, neither do they invalidate the Salah.

In order to know the list of Wuzu Nullifiers, please see:

What if there is something like naps (e.g., menstrual blood) on your clothes? (i.e., you took a bath, but only had one pair of trousers available and put them back on). There is a spot of blood on the clothes. Can you pray in them?

As an etiquette, a person should be decently and appropriately dressed while praying which entails clean clothing as well. However, where such a clothing is not available or a person have been in a situation where they cannot have a change of clothing, then ofcourse they can pray in the same clothing.
