Quran 9:101 Regarding Double Punishment To The Hypocrites
Tawba ki 100 no ki aayat me jo kaha gaya he ki munafiko ko do baar azab duga, according to tafseer ek baar musalamano ke hatho se aur dusari baar aalme barzakh, mera sawal ye he ki musalmano ki taraf se kab aur kin munafikin ko azab diya gaya??

It is in the verse 101.
The scheme to punish them was delayed when the prophet allowed them to stay behind the battle of Tabuk and in this way the opportunity to distinguish them from the Muslims lost. See the next verse:
عَفَا اللَّهُ عَنكَ لِمَ أَذِنتَ لَهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكَ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَتَعْلَمَ الْكَاذِبِينَ
And [there are] others who have acknowledged their sins. They had mixed a righteous deed with another that was bad. Perhaps Allah will turn to them in forgiveness. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. (9: 102).
After that they had to stop their activities against the Muslims and adopted low profile. So they saved themselves from the Azab, which could have come if they had not stopped their activities.
