Looking Into The Nafs
Hi, I hope you are doing alright. In an interesting video, Mr. Ghamdi explains what’s the knowledge of Nafs. He also says that with some practice we can get into the Nafs. He gives the example: we can see Nafs in our dreams.
My question: what’s there inside the nafs; what sort of information can we retrieve?

your consciousness and sub-consciousness is your nafs. we can retrieve our old memories from there. some mystics and the people who attain some mastery on inner power, can perform some wonderful things too. like mind reading etc. This has nothing to do with religion.
