Book Recommendations On Death Penalty For Apostate
Assalamualaikum
Today everyone says that there is consensus on death penalty of apostate. But i have read in an article that Imam Al Awzai,Ibrahim Nakhi,Sufyan Thawri,Imam Sarakhsi(may Allah bless them all) don’t accept this penalty.(and every person of knowledge know the level of the mentioned personalities).But i wasn’t satisfied with that article much so i wanted to ask if any of you know the good references of these opinions (if exist)?
