Niyya is just your intention, need not to keep in front all the time. it is always there.

I asked this question to Mr. Umer Qureshi too, but for niyya before wudu and ghusl, do we need to utter any words or think of any words? Or is it just knowing in your heart that you will do it (like for any other activity)?
